Communication is Innovation

In the realm of nonprofit organizations, communication is the lifeblood that sustains the mission and keeps things moving, propelling volunteers, donors, staff, and the communities they serve toward a brighter future

Hi! Hola! Hallo! Oi! Pryvit! Salut! Or Namaste! In the realm of nonprofit organizations, communication is the lifeblood that sustains the mission and keeps things moving, propelling volunteers, donors, staff, and the communities they serve toward a brighter future. From the daily communication that enables us to
operate, to learning new bits of a foreign language, to sharing new ideas and providing feedback, every bit plays an essential role in shaping who we are as an organization and what we will become.

With an increasingly diverse community, communicating becomes even more important. It transcends mere words and becomes the bridge connecting volunteers and clients of different walks of life, enhancing inclusivity, and providing better support to those in need. Additionally, it ensures that clients are informed about available resources, schedules, and opportunities for involvement.

At HCCM, our goal is to serve our clients with dignity and respect, and I believe we honestly rock at that! Effective communication enables our volunteers to work efficiently together, which is crucial to ensure things run smoothly, and fosters a sense of belonging and purpose. I encourage you to
always ask questions and share any concerns or ideas that you think could improve what we do, ranging from the way we operate to the services we provide or could potentially provide. We thank you for being part of the HCCM family, and for always going above and beyond to make this all possible!
