Gary Teich
Gary Teich was born and raised in Austin, Texas. After finishing high school, he attended Baylor University where he received his BBA in accounting. He began his career with the public accounting firm of Ernst & Ernst (now Ernst & Young) where he earned his CPA license. Over the years he has worked at several private companies in the Controller or CFO positions. Gary and his wife Kim have three children and seven grandchildren that keep them busy enjoying their activities. He is an active member of Riverbend Church where he has also served in Council positions. Gary works at the food pantry on Thursday mornings and loves spending time outdoors hunting and fishing.

Jonathan Begley
Jonathan Begley is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with the Three Oaks Counseling Group in Georgetown, Texas. He has been serving families for nearly 20 years in various capacities and has referred many clients to HCCM.

Carol Monroe
Carol spent her working life in the entertainment industry. She has served as vice-president of Steven Spielberg’s Amblin Entertainment, head of programming for the Fox Kids Network and executive producer of the Hasbro Properties Group. Since moving to Texas, Carol has served as Outreach liaison for Christ Episcopal Church in Cedar Park and is a consultant to the Episcopal Health Foundation. Before HCCM, Carol has served on the Boards of Directors and special committees for Children Now, Girls, Inc., the American Center for Children and Media, and the Fred Rogers Scholarship selection committee of the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences.

I was born in Springfield Illinois. I moved to Texas in 1985 to swim for the University of Texas where we won 2 National Championships and graduated with a bachelors degree in sociology. In 1998, I decided to move to Leander and call it home. I have been in the mortgage industry since 2000 and currently work for Guild Mortgage. Locally I am involved with the Leander Chamber, Economic Development Committee, Leander HS Band and Rockpointe Church.

CJ Entringer
Cindy “CJ” Entringer was born and raised in Green Bay, Wisconsin. After receiving her Master of Arts Degree in Advertising from the University of Texas, Austin, CJ spent the next twenty years in senior positions in financial services marketing with companies such as Associated Banc, MasterCard International, Bank One (now JP Morgan Chase), First Data, M&I Bank (now BMO Harris Bank). She also spent several years in celebrity management with Celebrity Focus and Six Degrees before pivoting her focus to food service and food ministry for the next 15 years. When CJ isn’t volunteering at the HCCM Food Pantry, she might be deployed around the country with Mercy Chefs, a disaster relief agency following natural or other disasters. She also is an avid reader, loves to cook and hiking with her husband Bob and her sweet dog Mulligan. CJ is actively involved with Radiant Church, serving on the Welcome Team as well as mentoring those in need of learning to walk their lives in a way that is honoring and glorifying to Jesus Christ. Ashley Kees
After receiving his bachelors and masters in Mechanical Engineering, Ashley had a 30-year career with 3M in operations management. He has held a wide variety of leadership positions including Global Manufacturing Director, Plant Manager, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Product Development Supervisor. Ashley met his wife, Mary Beth, while attending The University of Texas at Austin. They have moved seven times with 3M and have enjoyed living in Austin since their retirement in 2020. Ashley has enjoyed working with non-profits. He has served on the Board of Directors for United Way of Chihuahua (Mexico) and the Girl Scouts of St. Croix Valley (MN) as well as an Assistant Scout Master with the Boy Scouts of America. He is currently on the board of The Williams County Institute for Excellence in Nonprofits.

Jan Massa
Jan Massa was born and raised in Collinsville, IL. After receiving her associates degree in Computer Science from Belleville Area College, Belleville, IL, Jan spent the next 13 years in Naperville, IL with AT&T Bell Laboratories during this time finishing her Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. In winter 1995, Jan moved to Texas, She continued working in product and project management with Motorola and IBM for the next 24 years. After retiring from IBM, Jan’s focus is giving back to the community where she resides. When Jan isn’t volunteering at HCCM Food Pantry, she may be delivering Meals on Wheels, assisting Peace Lutheran Church with fellowship, treasurer, and the homeless housing task force. She also is a crafter, xeriscaping in her yard, traveling with her partner, Keith and ensuring that her bantam hens are protected from predictors. Grace Mayoral
Grace Mayoral was raised in San Antonio, Texas. After receiving her Masters in Healthcare Administration from Trinity University, Grace has worked in various hospitals across the nation in administrative roles with a focus on strategy and operations. She moved to Central Texas in 2022 where she currently works at Cedar Park Regional Medical Center. Grace is passionate about providing access to quality healthcare in the community as well as helping others navigate the healthcare system.
In her free time, Grace loves to travel, read, and spend time with her family and friends.

Paulo Silva
Paulo Silva, hailing from Portuguese roots and originally born in Guinea Bissau, Africa, embarked on a journey to fulfill the quintessential "American Dream" when his family relocated to Connecticut in the 1970s. Armed with a bachelor's degree in marketing from Johnson & Wales, Paulo's professional journey took a noteworthy turn when he joined the Connecticut Lottery. He played a pivotal role in the committee that pioneered the introduction of the nation's inaugural scratch-off game, aptly named "Big Bucks." In the late 1990s, an encounter with his future wife prompted Paulo to make the bold move to Texas.
With over 30 years of extensive experience, Paulo has held influential senior leadership positions across diverse sectors, including corporate spin-offs, international mergers, and large account management. His expertise spans the realms of travel, telecom, gaming, telecommunications, and retail industries.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Paulo finds joy in gardening and golf during his leisure time. His commitment to community impact is evident through his active involvement on the board of the Austin Call Center Alliance and Golfinity, showcasing a dedication to making a positive difference in the community he calls home.
