Supporting Families Through Our Diaper Assistance Program

At Hill Country Community Ministries, we understand that raising young children comes with many expenses, and diapers are one of the most essential and costly necessities. For families experiencing financial hardship, the monthly cost of diapers can create added stress and uncertainty. That is why we are proud to partner with the Austin Diaper Bank to help meet this important need in our community.

Through this partnership, we provide between 40 and 115 diapers per child each month, totaling more than 700 diapers and pull-ups per year for participating families. Diaper assistance is available once a month to help caregivers maintain a steady and reliable supply.

One of the most meaningful parts of this program is accessibility. Families do not need to live in Williamson County to receive assistance. Anyone in need is welcome to visit our Welcome Center at 1005 Lacy Drive, Leander. Our hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., with extended hours on Thursday until 7:00 p.m. A short application is required to get started.

We believe that no parent should have to choose between diapers and other necessities, such as food, rent, or utilities. By offering this support, we aim to bring relief, dignity, and hope to the families we serve — one diaper at a time. If you have any questions, please get in touch with us at 512-259-0360 ext. 201 (Jess) or 202 (Christine).
