We all know how much our pets mean to us. They're our best friends, our little shadows, and sometimes the ones who know exactly when we need a little extra love.
For many of the families we help at Hill Country Community Ministries (HCCM), their pets are a big part of their lives. For someone living alone, a dog or cat might be their closest companion. For someone going through a tough time, their pet might be the reason they smile at the end of a long day.
But when money is tight, buying pet food can be one more thing to worry about. And we know that many people will go without something themselves before letting their pets go hungry.
That's why HCCM provides dog and cat food to our full-service members. It's a small way we can help families save a little money while making sure their furry friends have full bellies, too!
Of course, we couldn't do this without the kindness of our community, and we'd love your help keeping our pet food supply stocked!
Next time you're shopping, consider picking up an extra bag of dog or cat food. Even a few cans can make a difference!
