At Hill Country Community Ministries (HCCM), we know that navigating government assistance programs can sometimes feel overwhelming. That's why we offer application assistance for programs such as SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program), Medicaid, and TANF (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families) to our Full-Service clients.
We are available to help eligible individuals and families complete applications. Whether someone is applying for benefits for the first time or needs help renewing existing benefits, we are here to provide guidance and support.
These programs can play an important role in helping families meet basic needs by providing assistance with food, healthcare, and financial support. By helping clients access available resources, HCCM works to reduce barriers and connect families to services that can improve their overall well-being and stability.
