Maximizing Donation Impact

Every donation starts with a simple choice to care, and it ends with real support for a neighbor in need.

At HCCM, we rely on the generosity of our community every single day. Those donations turn into meals on the table, basic essentials for families, and relief during moments of hardship. To keep that support moving quickly and safely, we ask donors to follow a few important guidelines.

The Food Pantry and Thrift Store are separate locations. Clothing, furniture, and household items should be taken to the Thrift Store at 1501 Leander Drive, Building C, Unit 3, Leander, TX 78641.

The Pantry accepts food and basic hygiene items. We also accept brand new socks and underwear in original packaging at 1005 Lacy Drive.

We gladly accept canned goods, dry goods, fresh produce, and hygiene products. We cannot accept opened, expired, damaged, or unlabeled items. We also cannot accept meat, refrigerated items, baby food or formula that is expired, vitamins, or supplements.

Donation hours run Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., with extended hours on Thursdays until 7 p.m. Please avoid leaving donations outside. Weather and animals can make items unsafe for distribution.

Large donations and food drives are welcome. Please call ahead at 512 259 0360 so our team can plan for your drop off. Mid morning and afternoon arrivals work best for processing.

Every item shared helps a family move forward. Your time, care, and attention to these guidelines ensure donations reach the community quickly and safely, and that impact is felt where it is needed most.
